This year marks the 7th Year of Black Breastfeeding Week. I am a huge believer in breastfeeding. Nursing my son was one of the most challenging and worthwhile experiences I have endured as a mom. I previously wrote an article for MomsRising.Org during their Black Breastfeeding Week campaign. Unfortunately, this is “evergreen” material, because the challenges of breastfeeding moms continues.
